At Sensum Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused candles or diffusers in their original gift boxes and shipping carton to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
